1. Use of this website
This website provides brand, product, service and partnership information. Interactive examples illustrate services without connecting to live AI conversations, creating orders or charging fees. Browsing does not place an order, establish a contract or give blanket authorization for future data processing.
For inquiries and related personal-information questions, contact Mr. Bai at 15526188088 or bb@xiongqingqing.com.cn. Provide only information necessary for your request. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unrelated identity documents or financial-account information.
2. Business and service-provider partnerships
Shops, brands, organizations and independent providers manage offerings, people, customers, orders and delivery through 张罗有方. 飞鸟券 supports in-store services, 熊轻轻 home services and 客里应 the business’s own storefront. Reception, content, GEO, interactive and advertising services can be selected as needed.
Partnerships verify the entity, business scope, qualifications, actual address, resources and responsible people. Deliverables, fees and after-sales duties follow selected services. Standalone and embedded services retain their identity; unified access does not replace delivery responsibilities.
3. City and resource partnerships
City operators develop businesses, connect resources, organize delivery and support customers within territories and services enabled by headquarters. 张罗有方 provides operations and collaboration workspaces. Territories, authority, fees and allocation follow confirmed rules and agreements, without fixed-return or default-exclusivity promises.
城里楼里 provides local and nationwide advertising; the nationwide operation is 城里楼里华夏里. Advertisers, media owners, production suppliers and execution staff have distinct authorization, contracting, procurement and delivery checks. One role does not establish eligibility for every partnership.
4. Agent developers, model and compute providers
Individuals and organizations may offer real expertise, one-off tasks or ongoing services through 万般有应; model and compute providers supply APIs and hosted inference. Real-name identity or entity materials, capability, relevant qualifications and headquarters review apply. Programming is not universally required; guided configuration helps define actual deliverables.
Providers receive necessary authorized data only. Integration does not grant automatic retention, training or reuse rights. Direct sales, procurement for resale and user-supplied models specify quality, metering, data boundaries and settlement separately. Higher platform profit is not a basis for preferential recommendations.
5. Onboarding and information use
Start with needs, verify identity and materials, agree scope, responsibilities and quotation, then complete necessary tests, agreements and activation. Explain purposes, recipients and necessity before submissions. Authorized people confirm new access and decisions involving money or entitlements.
Do not send identity documents, bank details, API keys, customer lists or trade secrets to unverified channels. The local site accepts no applications or submissions. Actual channels, materials, contacts, fees and timing follow published information and the applicable agreement.
6. Institutional subsidies, closure review and audit
Consumption incentives are points-based subsidies tied to real actions and actual needs, rather than cash distributions. Project rules verify eligibility, action or service records and applicable needs, with use limited to eligible purchases or services. Clicking, signing up or making a verbal commitment does not automatically earn points. The subsidies cannot be withdrawn as cash and are not unconditionally available.
Government, businesses, charities and industry associations may fund institutional projects; government subsidies are one type. Projects may define recipients, regions, purposes, providers, duration and limits, such as employee or community-service benefits. Each project verifies its entity, source and conditions; restricted benefits do not become permanent general points.
Headquarters verifies the institution and officer authorization. Agreements specify recipients, scope, budgets, roles and rules and establish internal closure review or necessary third-party audit, evidence, acceptance, balances and outstanding issues. Transfers, remittance evidence and finance receipt verification are separate, with funds accounted for by project.
All institutional subsidies require verified actual receipt before activation, with no activities or redemption before funding and no platform advance. Partial receipts enable covered limits net of reservations or usage. Registration, agreements and configuration may precede receipt; claiming and use may not. Remittance evidence is not verified receipt.
Headquarters configures agreement-based rules shared by entry points; businesses cannot change them. Direct subsidies and rewards after final closure have separate conditions. Subsidies are not personal cash payment for reward points; eligibility, payment on behalf and stacking follow project rules without identity borrowing or duplicate claims. Refunds adjust subsidies and may not be delayed by internal reconciliation or recovery.
After new activity stops, release uncommitted claims by expiry and retain order reservations or release them on cancellation or timeout under the rules. Ending an activity is not delivery of all orders or automatic closure and does not invalidate credited platform points.
Closure review or agreed audit covers eligibility, real transactions, purposes, delivery, funds, approval changes, complaints, outstanding matters and actual coverage; forecasts remain separate from results. Platform reports and evidence do not constitute audit approval. Officers and reviewers are separated; providers may submit evidence and appeals but not approve their own disputed spending.
Assign responsibility for evidence, corrections, recovery and unresolved issues, obtain designated review and authorized closure and archiving. Settlement, recovery, returned balances and unresolved funds follow authority and agreements; balances do not automatically become revenue. AI organizes, compares and flags but makes no final audit, liability or funding decisions. Third-party audit follows project need, not the same complex procedure for every small project.
Eligibility, integrations, accounts and professional audit arrangements are project-specific; authorized imports and recorded manual review may substitute for unavailable interfaces. Access is limited by project, role and necessity, without giving funders or auditors all private information. No government endorsement, signed project or connection to government systems is implied.
7. Delivery, changes and exit
Acceptance follows agreed services and evidence. Exposure, generation or a successful model call does not guarantee sales, customers or task completion. Changes to scope, fees, coverage or data purposes require confirmation by the relevant party, not silent expansion.
Suspension, removal and exit distinguish new business from outstanding duties, with continuation, refunds, data handling and access addressed. Entities, settlement, allocation and exit duties follow the relevant rules and agreement. This statement adds no unconfirmed commercial conditions.
8. Individual applications and paid-provider eligibility
Individuals and organizations may apply to 万般有应 without a universal programming requirement. Paid work requires verification as an individual business or another eligible business entity, relevant qualifications and headquarters review. Applying or configuring capabilities does not establish eligibility to receive business income; data and action permissions are confirmed separately.
9. Property and governance service procurement
Property companies purchase 和气账 per community project; homeowner committees or other duly authorized governance organizations contract for 业主公簿 per community. Authorized advertising resources may be exchanged under an agreement specifying authority, valuation, service term and deliverables. An exchange is not automatically a free service or cash receipt.
